welcome :) navigations are the fours lines of lyrics. they are profile, entries, tagboard and links navigations respectively	Saturday, September 29, 2007, 9:56 AM issit really true that reciprocation does not exist in the world? did i really treat him too well? that now he turns his back on me and doesn't even regard me as a fren anymore? why does he keep thinking i despised him in the past? i swore i never did, because i really wanted to be his good friend, to help him when he needs help. did i really cause him to be misunderstood? haix. now he just ignores me and gives me negative comments. what can i do. if he really wants to disregard his old frens and make frens only with his new jc frens, what can i do as well? went to his blog just now. 21st aug is a special day for him , its a special day for me too. except that things are just the reverse . but things are never as it seems, bcoz perserverence does helps. put all ur beliefs in us , we will survive through every ordeal that approaches. :) Saturday, September 22, 2007, 10:23 PM my mind, cannot concentrate. i have to focus, especially when there is 3 days left. my only alternative is to take a short break and come back to mugging again. this is going to be the most important exam i am taking besides "O"s. just now took a taxi home cuz was really tired. chatted a lot with the taxi drivers on the way , and i can really empthasize with them. most people don't understand why the prices of the taxi fare rose. they just think its a selfish attempt for the drivers to earn more profit , that's all. but this is very much in contrast to reality. the taxi rental is such that the taxi drivers' have to pay a daily 24 hr rent ranging from $70-$90 plus, in addition, they have to pay the rising fuel cost themselves. they receive no subsidies from the taxi company at all. moreover, due to the deregulation of taxis, there are more and more taxi's appearing in every corner in singapore. yet the number of customers has decreased overall due to the price hike in taxi fare. this means a taxi driver's much needed profit to pay the rising fuel cost has decreased because of the reduced demand for taxi. yet, if they do not increase the price, their profit will still drop as there are lesser customers over the country at any point in time as compared to previously in the past. moreover, they who will subsidise them of the taxi fuel costs? answer is nobody, they have to pay it themselves. the only solution to this problem is to educate more people on the dilemnas of taxi driver and to encourage them to take taxi more often. lots of time xD so its gg to be mei's bdae tmr, happy birthday Tuesday, September 18, 2007, 3:54 PM the 65th post of my blog , haha! lemme express my views about blogging i recall, that someone actually told me before, blogging is a good way of organizing your own thoughts. i agree to some extent, but a blog is still a public website and it can be viewed by anyone who visits. so why then, should we have a blog? y not a diary or journal, which only u urself can have access to it? i think perhaps, it is a good way to let others to know more about your feelings and life. or maybe it could be just to entertain others with interesting stories or jokes posted on the blog. alternatively, it could be an avenue for people who do not like to show their emotions openly in public to "spam" their emotions on their blog. this may be anger , happiness or sadness or even in a situation of "no emotions" at all. i hope that people would not take their blog for granted and cause hurt to others via posts on blogs. prelim ending soon, promos starting soon, comes a level n pw after that exams, exams, exams, when is it going to end? nov is the month i am waiting for to enjoy , thinking hard , planning hard on what to do, where to go. dota everyday is unmeaningful, dun mind a game or 2 or 3. but true excitement and is found only outdoors. mayb have 2 drag some people out of their house. i wait patiently. haha! Monday, September 17, 2007, 5:46 PM here to tell u more abt me.. haha, interested? i am a very joking person. likes to crap n joke a lot, bcoz life would be boring without jokes and crap. hmm, likes to share jokes to bring joy to people. ok, fine , sometimes not exactly jokes, maybe a bit of crap, maybe a bit of "very crap". usually dun like to show the very crappiness side of me , bcoz nt all people likes people who are too crappy , so i just show them the jokes part, which i think they enjoy more..(den the crappy part) but, hmm, in contrast , i tend to think and reflect a lot too. being serious when it comes to serious work is my priority too. stuff like academic work and projects although tend to be neglected by me at some times , but when i have to do it , i will put in the required effort. i feel that in order 2 balance , one shouldn't be too serious or too crappy at a particular time. too crappy results in no one listening to ur words , but too serious results in people's perception that u r a boring and "no-life" person. still trying to find the equilibrium pt at the moment. plays the piano. music has essentially becomes part of my greater life since secondary school. life does not become too boring for me bcoz i can find true life in piano sounds. every chord reflects a certain feeling that the piano player wants to achieve and it is not just simply playing the white and black keys in combination. it is about the mood of the music that attracts me. i believe different periods of music (romantic, classical) reflects the same moods in different styles and it is important for a well-rounded piano player to identify the different styles and effect that a composer wants to create. in actual theory , it is not as easy as it sounds. but in reality, any normal person who listens to any piece of music will roughly know the mood of it. probably, to a huge extent, i am going to become a psychiatrist or accountant in the future. reason for the huge contrast in career in occupation? haha! . . . . dun tell u. in any case, i must be either too bored or too crappy to have posted this. go slp. Saturday, September 15, 2007, 10:58 AM Victor, my friend now still has a bad fever and for the whole of this week, he came to school only on tuesday and thurs. he says he still has to check for dengue and the results have not come out yet. in the meantime , i am helping him to keep all his notes and stuff in school Wonder how is he now? hope he gets well soon. P.E on both wed and fri was rather boring. they were teaching us some kind of bodycombat and we had to stay there for the whole of the 50 mins just to master the moves and dance with the music. all of us wld have preferred to play softball or captain ball den to learn this. it was useless, who wld actually continue learning this boxercise after these two lessons have ceased? next wk, heard its western dance, sounds fun...hope so.. score : 19/44 close to passing..haha! 3 more marks jiu pass le. aft all,i get an A for effort, rite? and i always say what matters most is the effort, not the result, rite? : ) i shan't hide , anyway there is nth to hide. i wunt hide it frm u . i wunt ever let u feel disappointed again. =D Thursday, September 06, 2007, 5:04 PM Read Minds Using Simple Techniques Watch Those Eyes To Read Minds A persons pupils get bigger when they are aroused, interested and/or receptive. If you look into his or her eyes and see those pupils growing large - it's looking good for you. Basically big pupils (unless it's just dark) mean a person likes what they see. Try this experiment, and you'll understand how immediate this effect can be. Go right now and look in the mirror at your own eyes. As you look at them, imagine a sexy man or woman you are attracted to - in whatever way would turn you on. You'll see that your pupils get bigger in just seconds. Actually, if you love to fish, they may get big just thinking about a lake you love. Anything you like to look at can make your pupils bigger. How do you use this to read minds? Start by watching for changing of pupil size to know if someone is interested in you or what you have to say. And yes, shrinking pupils generally do mean the person is not interested. Just be careful to note if light in the person’s eyes is causing the shrinking pupils. In addition to judging the general level of interest and/or receptivity to you, you can use pupil size to go a little deeper into a person's mind. For example, during the course of a conversation, you can describe various scenes or delve into different topics, while watching the person’s pupils. My piano teacher Mrs aw told me she fired a student last wk bcoz he simply wasn’t trying hard enough to practice. he some kind of an attitude problem towards exams as he simply chose not to go for one of his “O” level music papers. The minute she told me this, I have a feeling she is trying to imply that I will be next if I still dun spent enough time on piano, but I really cant afford to get fired by her.
